A deposit of 20% of the total price is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 4 weeks before your arrival.
Less than 4 weeks to arrival the full balance is due.
Your selected dates will be held for 7 days from the time of reservation.
Deposits or full payment if less than 7 weeks to your arrival, is not received within 7 days, we regret that the reservation will be cancelled.

About the property:
Luxury fully furnished apartment in Matagorda Lanzarote Canary Islands.
Our apartment is situated in a quiet tranquil cul-de-sac, and is only 5 minutes walk to the nearest shops, bars, restaurants and beaches.
Matagorda is only 3 km from the main town of Puerto del Carmen which will only a few Euro by taxi should you wish to visit.
The apartmen is fully furnished with a modern and stylish interior.
There is a private terrace that has stunning views out to sea and also the beach at Los Pocillos and further on to Fuerteventura.
The apartment has an open plan - fully fitted kitchen, with kettle, microwave, fridge, toaster and electric hob.
The modern bedroom has built-in wardrobes and a double bed with two bedside tables.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and mirror.
There is a Sofa-bed in the Lounge area that can comfortably sleep two people. Also in the Loung area is a flat screen TV with satellite channels such as BBC1 & 2, RTE1 & 2, ITV, Ch4, Ch5 and sky news.
Children are welcome.
There is also wireless internet connection.
The complex in which the apartment is situated on is beautiful and features a grand reception area, a large heated pool, and plenty of sunbathing areas with showers. The stunning views of the beach and sea can also be seen from here.
There are beautiful gardens around the complex, orange trees, a pool table and a laundry room .

Matagorda Beach:
Matagorda is located on the south-east coast of Lanzarote. It is a purpose-built resort making it ideal for tourists. Matagorda will suit couples looking to go on a romantic getaway or families looking for a quiet holiday. Transfer times from the airport are around 15-20 minutes. Los Pocillos beach in Matagorda is very popular with beautiful fine white sands and has won awards for its cleanliness.
Water Sports:
Matagorda is ideal for Windsurfers. There are windsurting courses available and equipment may be hired out. Other water sports include scuba diving, snorkelling and jet-skiing. Fishing is also very popular in the resort as is Go karting is also a popular option, especially amongst the children.
Water Park:
A great day out can be had by taking the fairly short journey to the Aquapark in
Costa Teguise which is approximately 8km to the north of Matagorda.
Evenings:
Matagorda is a fairly peacful and relaxing resort in the evenings with a few bars that are open until late. There are all different kinds of bars available from sports bars to Irish bars, karaoke bars to live music bars with something to suit everyone. There are few good restaurants offering internatioanl cuisine, seafood, Italian with many more to choose from only a short taxi ride into Puerto del Carmen or a walk to Los Pocillos.
Shopping:
There are shopping centres offering everything from clothing to jewellery, trinkets and souvenirs.
Transport:
Matagorda public transport consists of a bus that will take you to Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen every 20 minutes. There are also plenty of taxis on the island at reasonable prices.
Matagorda Weather:
The weather Matagorda is perfect as it receives very little rainfall throughout the year. Summer temperatures are around 28C in June, July and August and often reaching over 20C in winter months of December, January and February.
