Studio apartment with two single beds each with a brand new comfortable mattress, bedside table and lamp and large double wardrobe.
Living area with new, comfortable armchairs, table, TV and radio. Large free standing fan to keep you cool!
The very private balcony has table and chairs for dining with great views! There is also a folding washing
line. The complex has a large washing machine and tumble dryer for your use.
Our recently beautifully refurbished south facing apartment, has stunning views over the old town, harbour and across the sea to Fuerteventura. It is located in a prime position on a very secure complex of only 26 apartments, with its own private swimming pool, terraces and sun loungers for you to soak up the sun all day! There is a large sun terrace with two sun beds for you and a swimming pool for the use of the complex. and there is parking right outside our apartment and entrance is through a secure reception room.

The complex is in a quiet area, yet within 2 minutes from a supermarket, hairdresser, butcher, shops, bars and restaurants, all situated around beautiful gardens with fish ponds and stunning views over the harbour.
There is a small beach 5 minutes walk away or 5km of stunning, sandy beaches 10 minutes away in the New Town. In the Old harbour you can watch the locals playing boules while enjoying a superb meal. Boat trips, diving, dolphin and whale spotting, fishing, sailing and all water sports are catered for here. There is even a submarine safari from the harbour.
Lanzarote is well known for its volcanic, lunar type landscape, lava fields, caves, camels, palms and beaches. Some of the sights to see include the volcanic house of the famous Spanish artist and sculpture, Cesar Manrique and his magnificent cactus gardens with over 1400 species, the National Park of Timanfaya where you can bus trip to the summit of the volcanoes. You can also go to the famous Sunday market at Teguise, have a round of golf or even a camel ride! Maybe you will want to take a boat trip across to the islands of Fuerteventura or Lobos. The capitol, Arrecife has a lot to offer too. There are tours that can be booked through any operator.

About: Puerto del Carmen
